Jacksonville Yellow Jackets nearly cost this man his life:

Jacksonville: John Whittet was investigating a snake sighting in his backyard, when he was startled by hundreds of YellowJacket wasps. Within seconds they were covering his arm and attacking his face.
John's motorized wheelchair became stuck in sand as he tried to exit the area. He said to himself, " Oh Lord, this is going to be it". removed John's yellow jacket nest today, and in the photo above, you can see John looking at the nest that nearly cost him his life.
